Meet our experienced dentist

Welcome, everyone! I am Dr. Mary Hand, owner, and dentist at Hand Family Dentistry.

I am excited to be a part of the SWFL community and I look forward to taking the time to get to meet and know you!

I was born and raised in a small town in New Hampshire. As an undergrad, I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Business from the University of New Hampshire while starting my love of dentistry with several years of dental assisting.

I then attended the University of New England College of Dental Medicine in Portland, Maine where I received my Doctorate of Dental Medicine.

I have practiced both in Florida and New Hampshire before opening this practice, but I am excited to plant my roots in the sunshine state and to serve this community for many years to come.

I have taken the opportunity to start my own practice with the goal of bringing the personal touch back to dentistry.

I hope to build not just a practice, but a dental home that’s centered around you, your family, and your community.

When not in the office, I enjoy taking my dogs on adventures, cooking new recipes, camping, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors with my husband and son.

I am grateful for the opportunity to meet you all and to keep your smiles healthy, radiant, and in good hands.
